As we all know, the most authoritative and widely recognized aerosol particle filtration efficiency tester is TSI 8130A, but the high price and long delivery cycle are prohibitive. The original design intention of this product is to be able to replace TSI 8130A. It is to solve the urgent need of TSI 8130A by the majority of meltblown cloth manufacturers, mask manufacturers and third-party testing agencies. Therefore, the design of this product is based on TSI 8130A from the beginning. For reference, try to meet or exceed the performance indicators of TSI 8130A machines as much as possible in some indicators, and strive to be consistent in test methods, test accuracy, stability, and reliability.

   We do not pursue quick success, not as a short-term project, but as a long-term undertaking for overall planning. We have conducted comparison tests on the filtration efficiency of 1,100 mask samples and 1,300 meltblown cloth samples with TSI models, and conducted more than 1,500 tests on the repeatability and reproducibility of multiple models, and obtained a large amount of comparative test data. The test results have also achieved satisfactory expected results

Application range:

It is used to test the filtration efficiency of daily protective masks and medical masks for particulate matter, and to determine the obstructive performance of ordinary fabrics and medical protective masks against constant flow airflow. Applicable to medical device inspection centers, safety protection inspection centers, labor protection inspection centers, drug inspection centers, disease prevention and control centers, textile inspection centers, hospitals, mask manufacturers, etc.
