Small high heat furnace application:

Laboratory high heat furnace is specially used for chemical element analysis and quenching, annealing and tempering of small steel parts for industrial and mining enterprises, universities and laboratories of research institutes. Small benchtop high heat furnace can also be used for high temperature heating such as sintering, dissolving and analyzing high temperature of metal, stoneware and ceramics.

Security function of small benchtop high heat furnace

1.When operating, just open the furnace door and the furnace door safety switch will automatically disconnect the heating power supply.

2. Small high heat furnace has various safety protection measures such as overcurrent, overpressure and overheating to ensure the safe use of the electric furnace.

3.The ceramic fiber board is used as the thermal insulation material, which has the characteristics of good heat insulation effect and low surface temperature of the shell.

Temperature control system

Programmable controller, 30-segment or 50-program, each stage can be set to warm up or stay, and provide a programmed cycle of temperature, time, and heating power. (The programmable oven has this function)

Multi-segment programmable control simplifies the complex test process and enables automatic control and operation. The small high heat furnace door liner and the cabinet panel are made of stainless steel, which is resistant to corrosion and high temperature. (The programmable oven has this function)

Temperature measurement: K-scale nickel-chromium-nickel silicon thermocouple;

Control system: PID adjustment, display accuracy 1℃

Complete sets of electrical appliances: brand contactors, cooling fans, solid state relays;
